Dear students, according to the directives of the Civil Defense Division in the Ministry of Higher Education, Diwan Affairs Division at the University of Technology issued instructions not to allow students to bring cigarettes in the scientific departments. In addition to prohibiting the sale of cigarettes and tobacco products inside university cafeterias, as well as not allowing smoking inside cafeterias, whether by students or employees. Smoking is only in the outdoor areas.
The university also encourages postgraduate students to conduct research and studies on the health risk of smoking.
According to the Official letter from the University of Technology / University President’s Office No. P.O.399 on 6/11/2021 regarding following the health security decisions related to the Corona epidemic It was decided: First Warning Notice to the students who did not bring the vaccination card.
To the graduates of architectural engineering department from the academic year 2015 to 2021 academic year ,attendance to the department is a necessity for the purpose of receiving the signing up code of the electronic recruitment system.
Note: The attendance of the graduate himself is a mandatory

According to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research directives and the presidency of the University of Technology, all students must bring the original vaccine card in addition to a colored copy on the first day attendance of the academic year 2021-2022, and whoever fails to bring the vaccine card will be considered absent until the card provided by the student as mentioned in the instruction by the ministry.
For organizational purposes, students are required to upload a clear photo of the vaccine card to the electronic form in the link below In addition to submitting the original card on the first day of attendance.

The Beginning Date Of A New Academic Year For Undergraduate Studies
