Computer Laboratory for Architectural Design
The Design laboratory is one of the most important laboratories with a specialization in the field of architectural engineering such as programs related to engineering drawing and stereoscopic drawings (two- and three-dimensional figures) for buildings were studied . Design laboratory also deals with simulation programs, quantity calculation, as well as organizing and programming project implementation .
The Department of Architecture includes two laboratories
1- Laboratory (1)
It is where the first stage students study the basics of using the AutoCAD program and the sketch up program, in addition to the FREE HAND.
In the second stage, students study architectural rendering in addition to the Revit design program.
The department's students' projects are implemented in the laboratory, including designing and printing research, reports and activities. Students take quarterly and final exams in the laboratory.
2- Laboratory (2)
This Lab is mainly used to teach advanced Revit design program forthe third stage, in addition to presenting students' projects through(Data Show).
There are several courses held in this laboratory by the professors ofthe department related to computer design programs such as (3DMAX, PHOTOSHOP, IN-DESIGN, ILLUSTRATOR). Students take quarterly and final exams in the laboratory.
