Dr. Ahmed luai Ahmed the head of the E-Learning Committee at the Architecture Engineering Department - the University of Technology granted an international certificate in E-learning after succeeding with distinction the Training of Professional Trainers Course (TOT) that was established by the American IREX Organization in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in addition to the E-learning Ministerial Team.

The certificate is characterized by distinctive standards. It has fulfilled the requirements for E-learning as it distinguished by its high efficiency in how E-learning is managed.

The course lasted for two months, in which more than a thousand trainees from (79) governmental and private universities and colleges all over Iraq participated, as the course included lectures on (concepts and methods of education, Google's G Suite for an education package, video conference platforms and services sharing in Education contact field.
