I am Professor Dr. Ali Mohsen Jaafar in the Architectural Engineering Department / University of Technology . My specific specialization is Architectural Technology. I am teaching Architectural Design, Building Construction and Architectural Details for 1st, 2nd , 3rd and 5th stages in under graduated studies, since 1992 . Also teaching Techniques of Building Systems, Technology and Architecture, Advanced Building Systems, Advanced Building Construction for Msc. . As well as Though of Architectural Technology, Sustainable Construction, Digital Architecture, Advanced Building Technologies for PhD. (In post graduated at the University of Technology and Baghdad) .
I am the head of scientific promotions committee, and the head of architectural engineering experts committee, also member of post graduate committee . I am published more than 30 researches and papers in Local and Arabic magazines, also published in Local, Arabic and International conferences. I am supervised 15 Master thesis and Ph.D dissertations . I am obtained more than 75 letters of thanks and certificate of appreciation from state institutions, most of them from Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, since 1992 .
I am Prof. Dr. Ali Mohsen Jaafar received all my professional degrees in Architecture from Department of Architectural Engineering/ University of Technology :
- B.Sc. Architectural Engineering (1989-1990) .
- M.Sc. Architectural Engineering, Architectural Technology,1999 .
- Ph.D. Architectural Engineering , Philosophy of Architecture, 2008 .
I have promoted to the academic ranks of Lecturer (2002) , Assistant Professor (2011), and Professor (2016), all in the Department of Architectural Engineering/ University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq .

2- Accordingly, he has been choosen as a visitor research fellow at Coventry University - U.K , since 2014 .
