2- A supporting document or book for the purpose of applying for postgraduate studies, addressed to the applicant, where the average of the graduate and the rate of the first graduate student on the class stage is determined for the applicant for the master's degree

4- Application form No. (500) and Business Newspaper Form Form No. (501) and Form of Written Commitment Form No. (504) and Form of Interview Form (506)
5 - Attach the photos of the number 2 in the file of submission in addition to the photos installed in the forms above .
6 - Attach the form (the families of the martyrs or prisoners) in addition to the above forms in the case of the student submitted on these channels and be supported and approved by the institution .
7 - If the student is employee he or she brings up (a non-objection officer from his department with a service summary) and the acceptance of studies, the permit of study is brought from his department throughout (40 days) from the date of order issued of university for admission and part-time for doctoral students .
