WORKSHOP TITLED: Interior design of home spaces during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Under the Academic Skills Development Program for postgraduate students at the University of Technology for the academic year 2020-2021;Professor Dr. Shamael Muhammad Wajih Al-Dabbagh delivered a lecture within a workshop via the digital communication platform entitled “Interior design of home spaces during COVID-19 Pandemic”

The lecture discussed the impact of the restructuring the interactive, isolated interior spaces of housing units globally and locally.

The workshop concluded with a questionnaire for the participants of proximity , or farness as a local experience, from global experiences in the interior design of residential units and houses in an attempt to give an idea of what global experiences can be used to develop residential spaces locally so as to achieve psychological comfort and meet the working from home requirements under the pandemic.

ضمن برنامج تطوير المهارات الاكاديمية لطلبة الدراسات العليا التابع لقسم الدراسات العليا في الجامعة التكنولوجية للعام الدراسي 2020-2021. عبر منصة التواصل الرقمي ، وتناولت فيها اثر الخوف الاجتماعي في إعادة تشكيل الفضاء الداخلي التفاعلي المنعزل في الوحدات السكنية عالميا ومحليا وختمت الورشة باجراء استبيان للمشاركين حول مدى اقترابنا او ابتعادنا كتجربة محلية من التجارب العالمية في مجال التصميم الداخلي للوحدات السكنية والمنازل ومحاولة إعطاء فكرة عما يمكن الاستفادة منه من التجارب العالمية لتطوير الفضاءات السكنية محليا بما يحقق الراحة النفسية وتلبية الوظائف المطلوبة من المنزل في ظل الجائحة .
