PH.D. THESIS DISCUSSION TITLED " THE PRESENCE OF THE CITY - THESTRUCTURAL AND ENGINEERING CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MOVEMENTSYSTEM IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CITY." AT THE DEPARTMENT OFARCHITECTURE .

The Student Shaimaa Fadhel Jasim at the Department of Architecture has been

granted a Ph.D. degree with (very good) grade on her thesis titled “The

Presence Of The City - The Structural And Engineering Characteristics Of The

Movement System In The Presence Of The City "

The discussion jury was headed by Asst. Prof.Dr. Ali Muhsin Jafar Al-Khafaji

and included each of Assist.Prof.Dr. Inaam Ameen Albazaz , Assist.Prof. Dr.

muhammad Kasim Abdulghafoor ,Assist.prof.Dr. Wahda shouker Mahmood

and Assist.prof .Khansa Ghazi Rasheed as members, the thesis supervised by

Prof. Sana Shatea Abbas.

The student was granted a doctorate degree in philosophy in architecture.

The discussion was attended by most of the master's and doctoral students and

researchers in the department as well as the head of the department ,the

administrative and scientific assistants in addition to the academic staff of the

department .This approach considered as a standard method for the purpose of

benefiting from the observations made by evaluators.

Parcipaon In A Workshop On E-Learning Titled “Embracing Digital Development In Higher

a*ended the Workshop on E-learning at the Department of Control and Systems Engineering.

The work shop held with the presence of the President of the University and in cooperaon with

the American organizaon IREX The .The workshop entled:

“Embrace Digital Development In Higher Educaon” In partnership with Samhir Vasdev of the

United States of America as Digital Development Supervisor at IREX
